How to Order Steps

A. Go here, and search for your school. If your school isn’t listed or you aren’t ordering a jacket for your school, click the MY SCHOOL NOT LISTED button.

B. From a school template page, click a jacket and it will load in the jacket builder. Once in the builder, customize until it’s perfect. If you’d like help using the builder, please contact us. We love to help.

C. When you’re done building your jacket click the FINALIZE ORDER button. The site will take a few seconds to compile your order details.

D. On the next page, enter your jacket size and choose to add a quilted lining or left chest pocket. Then click the BUY JACKET + PATCHES button (or save your design for later).

E. On the next page; create an account, enter your shipping address, credit card information, and then submit your order.

2. I’m not comfortable using the jacket builder. Can I place an order by phone?[Top]
You bet! Call us and we’ll help you design your jacket.
We also send you a proof of exactly what your jacket will look like before we start production.

3. What are your hours of operation? [Top]
Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 6:00pm, EST.

4. How do I select the correct letterman jacket size? [Top]
All of our letterman jackets are unisex. As a general rule, your jacket size will be similar to whatever men’s sweatshirt size you wear.

If you’d like to try on a sizing sample, contact us and we’ll send you one for free. We even include a prepaid UPS return label. Trying on a sample jacket is the best method to determine your size.

Using our sizing chart is another good way to determine your size. We can add or take away up to 3” from the sleeves or body length. So if you’re tall & skinny or short & stocky, don’t worry! We can customize a fit that’s perfect for you.

5. I have a school letter and/or other patches from my school. How do I apply my patches to the letterman jacket? [Top]
Order the jacket from us and leave the areas you want to add patches blank. When you receive the jacket from us, sew the patches on yourself or take the patches to a dry cleaner or apparel alteration shop. Shops typically charge around $10 to sew on a patch (although all shops vary on price). All of our jackets come with a zipper in the lining, which makes it easy to sew on patches without sewing through the lining.

6. What are the prices of your letterman jackets and chenille patches? [Top]
Wool jackets with leather sleeves start at $195.00. As you add patches, the price goes up. The jacket builder updates prices dynamically as you add patches. You can always call or email us and we’ll be happy to quote you pricing too.

7. What materials are your letterman jackets made out of? [Top]
The bodies of our jackets are made of wool and the sleeves are made of leather. We can make jackets with wool sleeves as well. Learn how to order a jacket with wool sleeves in Question 8.

8. Can you make a letterman jacket with wool sleeves instead of leather? What is the cost? [Top]
Yes we can! Jackets with wool sleeves start at $165. To order, use the jacket builder and choose leather sleeves (the jacket price will show as $195 as there is no wool sleeve option in the builder). At checkout, in the Special Instructions section, type: “Change Sleeves to Wool”. When we send you the order proof, it will show wool sleeves and we’ll refund your credit card $30.

10. How do I set up an account?[Top]
When on the ZOOM iD homepage, click on “Sign In”. You will be taken to the new account set up page. It only takes a few seconds to set up an account.

11. What are the benefits to setting up an account?[Top]
By registering, your entire experience with ZOOM iD will become more personal and convenient. You will be able to access your most recently saved jacket designs, email your designs to friends, and review your order history.

12. Can I save a jacket design without purchasing it?[Top]
Yes, you can save a design without purchasing it. When you are done designing a jacket you will be prompted to create an account. Once you’ve created an account you will be able to save your most recent jacket design.

13. I’m not comfortable sewing loose patches I purchased onto my jacket, where can I go to get them sewn on?[Top]
Most dry cleaners and apparel alteration shops will sew on patches. Shops typically charge around $10 to sew on a patch (although all shops vary on price).

14. How should I care for my jacket? [Top]
Dry clean only. Do not machine wash or bleach your jacket.

15. How do I order a custom patch? [Top]
To order a custom patch, open the jacket or patch only builder. Choose “Custom Patches” from the “ADD PATCH” drop down menu and follow the instructions. We accept all file types. This can be a hand drawn sketch of the patch, a picture of another patch, clip art, a computer screen shot or any other art file.

16. My art file won’t upload to your site. [Top]
Most likely the file is too large. If you are able, convert the file to a jpeg and retry. We cannot accept files larger than 5 megabytes. If that doesn’t work for you, just email us the art file. We’ll then get it added to your order.

17. I didn’t get a confirmation email when I placed an order, is something wrong? [Top]
If you didn’t get a confirmation email when you submitted your order please call or email us. Most likely your order didn’t go through, so we’ll help you to get it placed.

18. What if I change my mind and want to make changes to, or cancel my order after I’ve approved the order proof? [Top]
Once you’ve approved your order proof, you cannot change or cancel your order.

19. What is your return policy? [Top]
We have a 100% money back guarantee. If you’re not happy with your jacket, we’ll fix it. If we can’t make you happy, we’ll refund your money.

20. What should I do if my order arrives and it doesn’t match my order proof? [Top]
Please call or email us and we will be happy to fix your order.

21. What do I do if my order arrives damaged? [Top]
Please call or email us and we will be happy to replace the damaged portion of your order.

22. When will my order be delivered? [Top]
We hand make all orders within 5 weeks of order approval. We then ship UPS ground from Seattle. So for most of the country, you can expect your order within 6 weeks. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally, delivery may take longer. Please call or email us for further details about deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii or international destinations.

23. Can I have a package delivered on a Saturday or Sunday? [Top]
At this time, we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.

24. Can I ship to an address other than my own? [Top]
Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. When you enter your order, you will be asked for a “Ship To” address. This is the address where your order will ship to. This address does not have to be your own.

25. What payment methods can I use? [Top]
We accept the following credit cards for payment of purchases:

26. Will my order be taxed? [Top]
We only collect sales tax in Washington State. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

27. I live outside of the United States. Can I order from ZOOM iD? [Top]
Yes, ZOOM iD sells to and ships to people all over the world. As shipping varies dramatically depending on where in the world a package is being shipped, our customer service department will contact you after you’ve submitted an international order to coordinate the best possible shipping method to your destination.
